As California moves towards a full reopening of the State, it's time for Leisure Time Games to follow suit. Changes have been made to the shop over the down time to create a more inviting atmosphere. On June 15, 2021 we will be reopening our gaming area for general use. Then, over the next couple weeks, as long as nothing out of the ordinary happens- by the State or otherwise, any adjustments we need to make to the space or game time slots will be made. Once everything settles in, the return to regularly scheduled events will begin on July 1, 2021.

New Design
Yes, I have once again reorganized the shop. I get tired of looking at it, so I gotta make changes. Many of you have already seen what I've done. For those of you who haven't, I think you'll like what you see. The game area is a bit more open than before. I have put together a dedicated hobby station for modeling. There is also a small game library with a variety of games for your gaming pleasure. It's still a mess currently, but it'll be all ready to go for the fifteenth.

I've been calling this date The Soft Opening. Essentially, it's going to be open tables, first come, first served. As long as we have table space available, you can use the room for whatever game and hobby activity you'd like.
June 15 - July 1, 2021
We'll be using this time to see what modifications and adjustments will be necessary based on demand of our newly designed gaming space. I am certain things will have to move around, time slots will fill, and people will begin congregating on a regular basis. I'll be doing whatever I can to accommodate everyone's needs within reason, so when we do our full opening, games and events will be held on days that we can maximize attendance. Having the game area closed for so long, it is understandable that there are games that may or may not be able to fire, meet on the same day as before, or any number of other issues that has arisen since the last time we all gathered together. This time will be used to make those adjustments so when we do our full opening, we'll be ready to go.

Provided there are no unforeseen circumstances either by us or the State that prevent us from moving forward, We will be going back to regularly scheduled leagues tournaments and events starting July 1. At that time, announcements will be made so everyone knows what's being played and when.
It's finally happening again. After a year+ long hiatus, we'll be back to game play here at Leisure Time Games.
